Our Showroom is open from 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday to Thursday and 7:00am to 1:00pm on Fridays. Alternate times can be made by appointment.

How does your pricing structure work?
We cost each design, build, and installation individually, dependent on the staircases involved.
Do you help with the design choice?
Of course! We are here to ensure designing your staircase is a smooth and easy process from start to finish. You’re welcome to visit our Wangaratta showroom at any time to check out our sample range, sit down with us and discuss your options until you feel completely comfortable with the decisions made.
What materials do you recommend?
Choice of materials depends on a range of factors. They include but aren’t limited to questions such as:
- function and aesthetics
- fire rating
- self-supporting or integrated into the building’s structure
- extent of light penetration
- disability code compliance
- traffic density
Do you deal directly with the public?
Of course. We deal directly with the public, along with builders, architects and design groups.
Do you offer a product warranty?
North East Stairs is proud to offer a XXX-year warranty on manufacturing and installation. This warranty does not extend to scratches, breakage, burns or other damage of any stair components caused by inappropriate usage or deliberate acts, nor exposure to extreme conditions such as moisture or direct sunlight. We provide product care guidelines on installation that will help you protect and maintain your stair.
